Inter Consider Skriniar Not For Sale Unless Big-Money Offer Arrives But Prepared To Sign Fiorentina’s Milenkovic As Replacement, Italian Media Report
Inter do not consider defender Milan Skriniar to be for sale amid Paris Saint-Germain interest, although their minds could be changed by a very large financial offer.
This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper La Repubblica, who report that the Nerazzurri would be extremely reluctant to part with the Slovak defender, although they have lined up Fiorentina’s Nikola Milenkovic as a replacement in place.
Skriniar is the latest big name player to be linked with a summer sale from the Nerazzurri, and it is PSG who are pressing for his signature.
The Nerazzurri’s stance is that the 27-year-old would be all-but-unsellable if a normal offer would be to arrive, but if the Parisians keep pushing their offer higher they may find it hard to turn down.
To this end, Milenkovic is the player who the Nerazzurri have taken steps towards signing, so that they are ready to do so in the event that Skriniar departs and must be replaced.
